Cynthia has deep roots in this area, having earned her Bachelor of Science in Business from Eastern Connecticut State University in 1997. She launched her professional career as a Financial Manager/Senior Accountant at Flynn Management Associates, a business management consultancy in Glastonbury. From 2011 to 2018, she served as a Senior Financial Analyst with Fiserv, a provider of financial services technology solutions in Wallingford.
Over her career, Cynthia has developed expertise in areas such as month-end close processes and variance analysis, budgeting development, forecasting management, revenue, cost of sales and indirect expenses. Through her bookkeeping services, she enjoys applying her skills to help small businesses grow and prosper throughout Eastern Connecticut.
