A multifaceted financial-services professional, Alicia brings high-level experience that includes managing teams through financial-statement audits for high-profile clients. She excels in working collaboratively to develop repeatable, scalable processes.
Before joining Supporting Strategies, Alicia was Strategy Manager for a major American beverage company. She developed a "transformation roadmap" that included new processes, initiatives and reporting procedures. Following a multibillion-dollar merger, she became the new entity's U.S. Controllership Accounting Manager, responsible for reconciling general ledger accounts, preparing for audits and revising Sarbanes-Oxley 404 inventory controls.
Alicia began her career as an Assurance Associate at a multinational professional services network. She advanced to the role of Management Consulting Manager, handling responsibilities such as global optimization program management and analysis of mortgage files, trust accounts and the impact of regulatory reform.
Alicia holds both a Master of Professional Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bryant University. She has volunteered in a number of community-service roles and was a founding member of a women's advisory group.
