As Sales Manager with a marketing company serving small businesses, Andrew oversaw his division and the leadership team responsible for setting strategy, framework and sales goals. He increased sales by 20-25% year-over-year, doubled the size of the sales force and significantly extended sales reach by developing strategic partnerships and relationships.
Earlier in his career, Andrew oversaw all operations of a private equity firm as Owner and Principal. His key responsibilities included assessing investment opportunities, developing a risk/reward analysis system and delivering business consulting services. Previously, he co-developed and implemented a sales model for a bank as Vice President, Sales, and served as a Stock and Bond Trader with a securities firm.
