Denise Griffin, BS

Denise is an award-winning technical expert and skilled customer relations specialist. She applies her insights, built over more than 25 years in the field, to help Supporting Strategies franchise businesses thrive.

Denise worked most recently as an Engagement Analyst for a growing software business, where she supported the company's Customer Success Team, providing metrics and business intelligence to external customers and internal stakeholders. In addition, she created dashboards to facilitate metric delivery, worked with Engagement Managers and developed reports and charts to communicate progress.

Earlier in her career, Denise worked for a major travel website as part of a global team ensuring the integrity of customer reviews. She also mentored new analysts and ran trainings across the company. Her prior roles and accomplishments include creating a technology partner program and expanding it for her employer's customer care business unit; managing relationships between programs for an international technology company; acting as an information conduit between software developers, customers and marketers; and supporting sales in targeted areas.

Denise holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University.
