Dottie Crowther, ABA

After serving as a legal secretary at law firms and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Dottie joined the Supporting Strategies Help Team in 2008. She subsequently earned a promotion to Help Team Manager before becoming a Financial Operations Associate in 2014.

In her current role, Dottie's responsibilities include bank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations, invoicing, A/R collections, A/P processing, transactions coding, generating financial statements, inputting budgets, payroll processing and benefits administration. Skilled in managing client relationships, she also excels at using technology such as QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Enterprise,, Transaction Pro Importer and HubDoc. She is a QuickBooks Online-certified ProAdvisor.

Dottie holds an Associate degree in Business Administration from Bunker Hill Community College and a certificate in Business Accounting and Financial Software from North Shore Community College. In addition, she has completed most of the coursework required to earn a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Salem State University.

Outside of work, Dottie enjoys traveling, biking and reading.
