Over a career that has taken her from New Zealand and Australia to Germany and the United States, Emma has gained an impressive range of experience in the areas of accounting and operational support.
Emma started her career in the accounting field as a summer intern at EY (formerly Ernst & Young), an opportunity she converted into a full-time position as a Tax Accountant with the firm. She later spent two years as an Operations Assistant with the U.S. Air Force in Ramstein, Germany, where she earned the Exemplary Civilian Service Award in 2015.
From 2016 to 2017, Emma served as a Staff Accountant at United Service Organizations (the USO) in Kaiserslautern, Germany. There, she handled typical bookkeeping duties while also streamlining and modernizing accounting processes and procedures as well as singularly overhauling inventory, sales, refunds and petty cash processes.
