Jean is a results-oriented accounting executive who brings a record of excellence in improving systems and processes. Her areas of expertise include financial analysis, audit management, budgeting and forecasting, global accounting and financial modeling.
Prior to joining Supporting Strategies, Jean served as Corporate Controller for a global wholesale distributor in the food industry. She implemented changes to improve efficiency, security, controls and standardization.
As Divisional CFO of an international manufacturing business, Jean cut departmental costs, streamlined the reporting cycle and initiated and developed multiple practices for time and cost savings. She made similar improvements as Vice President of Finance and Operations for the U.S. subsidiary of an electrical components manufacturer. Earlier in her career, she was Finance and Human Resources Director and Controller for an international industrial blower and compressor manufacturer and Senior Accountant at an accounting firm.
Jean holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) and Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from West Chester University and pursued postbaccalaureate studies in Accounting at Ursinus College. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and North Carolina.
