Joelle has more than 10 years of experience supporting the operations and financial health of organizations across industries. She is skilled in all aspects of accounting management and brings particular expertise in overseeing transitions to new systems and processes.
Prior to joining Supporting Strategies, Joelle served as Accounting Manager in charge of all financial activities for a not-for-profit organization promoting the exchange of knowledge in enterprise excellence. Her responsibilities included accounting, auditing, payroll and budget preparation.
Joelle was previously a Senior Accountant who contracted her services to public accounting firms, setting up and revamping chart of accounts and transaction recording systems and helping clients transition to online bookkeeping systems. In addition, she was an Assistant Controller with a firm that had a government contract to provide best-practice training to community health centers throughout the country.
Joelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Messiah University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.
