Kelley is an award-winning accounting professional and entrepreneur with demonstrated management and process-improvement skills. She has spent more than 40 years in complex leadership roles developing systems and introducing improvements to strengthen business operations.
From 2003 to 2018, she led an independent accounting and bookkeeping practice serving small-to-midsized companies including in the printing, insurance, real estate, engineering, professional services and technology industries. She restored integrity to financial data by structuring procedures and minimized unbilled accounts receivable and uncollected revenue.
Previously, Kelley served in key Controllership roles at Pratt Industries, where she managed staff, office and business operations for a large accounting department. She won multiple promotions and earned Controller of the Year honors from the company CEO.
Kelley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Kennesaw University.
