Linda brings over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in accounting and business operations. With a keen eye toward identifying and resolving issues, she has distinguished herself in conducting research, delivering analysis and recruiting and supervising staff.
In her recent work as Human Resource and Accounting Manager for a nonprofit charter school, Linda assisted finance directors and principals in monitoring budgeted funds by maintaining general budgets and reviewing disbursements. She also ensured proper reporting, analyzed and adjusted financial records, recorded receipts and managed accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Previously, Linda served as Accountant for a healthcare practice, where she prepared financial statements, analyzed profit and loss statements, handled reconciliations, posted journal entries and assisted with budgeting and forecasting. She began her career as Staff Accountant and Accounts Payable Manager for a home healthcare agency. There, her responsibilities included overseeing accounting and bookkeeping functions, supervising accounts payable/accounts receivable staff and administering payroll and benefits.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) from Robert Morris University, where she graduated with honors.
