Lindsay Cooper, BS

An accomplished controller and financial consultant, Lindsay has lent her expertise to a wide range of businesses at pivotal moments in their growth. She excels at implementing systems and process improvements tailored to companies' operational needs.

Prior to joining Supporting Strategies, Lindsay advised clients on business processes as Accounting Department Manager for a consulting firm. Her responsibilities included setting up systems and training staff, delivering integration and support services and providing financial analysis. Previously, as Controller/Accounting Manager for a manufacturing business, she helped overhaul the accounting department.

As an independent Bookkeeper/QuickBooks Consultant, Lindsay offered full-charge bookkeeping services and QuickBooks consulting for numerous businesses. Earlier in her career, she was an Accounting Manager with a professional services firm and Bookkeeper/Front Desk Manager for an auto repair business. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, she was awarded a Good Conduct Medal, Humanitarian Medal and Letter of Commendation.

Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from DeVry University and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Vincennes University, the latter of which she earned while on ship with the U.S. Navy. She is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor (Desktop, Online, Enterprise and Point of Sale).
