Lori Gutierrez, BBA

In addition to her deep experience in bookkeeping and accounting, Lori has a range of other skills that includes project administration and instruction in Spanish literacy. Regardless of her given role, she prioritizes good customer service, communication, leadership and organizational ability.

Prior to joining Supporting Strategies, Lori was the Controller at a small-business accounting firm. She served as the in-house QuickBooks Online specialist, onboarding all new clients and creating procedures for generating weekly and monthly financial reports. The Lead Accountant, Accounting Technicians and college interns all reported to her.

Preceding that, Lori was an Accounts Payable Supervisor in charge of regional projects for a major West Coast homebuilder, where she oversaw processing of approximately 4,000 invoices per month. She has also been a Full-Charge Bookkeeper at an employment agency, an Accounting Specialist at a telecommunications company, a Medical Biller and a Pension Plan Administrator.

Lori holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Idaho State University. She is a QuickBooks Advanced Online ProAdvisor.
