Melissa Meeks, BSBA

Melissa is a highly skilled accounting executive with more than three decades of experience in finance, operations and human resources management. She excels at communication, team-building and problem-solving — skills that have earned her oversight of increasingly complex challenges over the course of her career.

Melissa spent much of her career as Director of Finance and then Controller for a leading technology firm, where she managed all financial aspects of the business. Her responsibilities spanned contract costing, budgeting and financial forecasting along with human resources, including management training and the development of policies and procedures.

As Accounting Manager and Systems Administrator for an expansive manufacturing operation, Melissa was responsible for tasks such as financial-statement preparation, manufacturing job costing, internal auditing, programming, system integration and payroll backup.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration with a dual major in Accounting and Finance from Wright State University.
