Nicole has spent more than 15 years advancing businesses' success by making process improvements and applying her superior problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.
Prior to Supporting Strategies, Nicole worked as a Contract Accountant, helping a wide range of businesses to overcome their operational challenges. She acted as an extension of her clients' teams, generating financial statements, facilitating account reconciliation and monthly close, and supporting the work of outside CPAs.
Earlier in her career, Nicole served as a Controller and Staff Accountant for a large independent office supply business. Along with overseeing finance and accounting functions, she trained and mentored staff and handled payroll and human resource duties. In addition, she saw the company through implementation of a new enterprise resource planning system and developed a new chart of accounts to assist with inventory issues. She began her career as a bookkeeper for an aviation electronics company.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the Walsh College of Business.
