For over 20 years, businesses have thrived under Phyllis's leadership and expertise in cost efficiencies, automation, control and bottom-line profitability. She is an accomplished accounting and finance executive whose specialties include strategic planning, project management, data collection/analysis and quality improvement.
Prior to joining Supporting Strategies, Phyllis was an Accounting Manager for an $11M retail distribution business, managing a large staff and reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. She established goals and performance metrics and conducted data collection and analysis. She also facilitated cross-functional teams to effect positive change and built client-focused partnerships with internal and external customers.
Earlier in her career, Phyllis worked in senior accounting roles in retail manufacturing, food services and facilities management. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Connecticut State University, where she graduated with honors.
