Bill Snow

William R. Snow is a Managing Director with Jordan Knauff & Company and the author of Mergers & Acquisitions For Dummies (Wiley). Bill is registered with FINRA (series 62, 63, 79) and has 30 years of experience including 14 years as a middle-market investment banker. He speaks regularly at Universities, including Northwestern University, DePaul University, IIT-Kent, and Harvard Business School, as well as numerous professional and corporate groups including Chase Bank, First Merit Bank, Ice Miller, the Illinois CPA Society, the University Club of Chicago, and more. He has also lectured internationally in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Dubai, UAE.
