Charles H. McClenaghan brings over 38 years of legal, financial and real estate related experience to his clients. A graduate of Ohio University and Capital University Law School, he is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association. Charles is admitted in both The Supreme Court of Ohio and Florida. He previously held the positions of Commissioner of Securities for the Ohio Department of Commerce and Superintendent of the Ohio Division of Real Estate. Charles is the chairman of the Real Property Committee and a member of the Estate & Gift Tax Committee of the Columbus Bar Association.
