Doug serves as consultant & trainer at Neuberger & Co. He uses his sales promotion and business generation experience to help individuals and organizations stretch their comfort zones and achieve their full potential. His responsibilities include new client acquisition, training Neuberger clientele, and engaging in speaking engagements for key industry groups, primarily in the building & professional service industries.
Doug is a master trainer of the Sandler Training system. He a facilitator of Neuberger & Company’s flagship courses for their sales, management, and customer care programs. In addition, Doug works business owners/executives to help them create a strategic vision for their organization and outline a roadmap for revenue, customer, and employee growth.
Prior to joining Neuberger & Co, Doug worked as a marketing coordinator for a Philadelphia based fitness club and a lead generation firm in the home remodeling space. Doug is a graduate of Towson University with a degree in Marketing and Business administration and currently resides in downtown Baltimore.
