Passion: “I’m passionate about people and helping them grow and manage change. I love helping professionals build confidence in themselves, become an expert in their domain, and build a strong personal brand. I tend to lean heavily on my strengths (while trusting others to help with the other stuff) - I’m an expert in building trust, becoming vulnerable, and connecting with the authentic core of business issues, sales challenges or personal resistance.”
Education: Eli graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with Honors, a minor in Spanish and a Certificate in International Business. He received his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management with concentrations in Marketing and Entrepreneurship & Innovation.
