An experienced finance professional, Mark brings expertise in financial planning and analysis, cash and treasury management, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and more. He is known for his ability to see the big picture, fix complex problems, and build effective teams to meet customer needs.
Mark started his career in Corporate Finance at Bank One and was part of the turn-around team prior to merger to JPMorgan Chase. After the merger, Mark led the financial and non-financial integration of the high-net worth segment. Mark joined GE in 2010 and was promoted to the global CFO role for the Healthcare Equipment Finance Division at GE Capital. The last 2 years of his stint with GE were setting up the operating framework for the international and US Equipment Finance platforms as the rest of GE Capital was sold.
