For over 15 years Mary Scheps Scott, Litigation Attorney and Counselor at Law, has achieved success in the courtroom with complex business, civil and real estate litigation matters. Her large firm experience and “won’t-back-down” attitude deliver results for our clients. She has focused her practice on commercial and civil litigation matters. She also has experience in special assets, commercial debt collections, construction lien law, and bankruptcy law.
Mary is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association and Jacksonville Beaches Bar Association. She also serves on the Junior Achievement and Scholarship Committee for the Meninak Club of Jacksonville. From 2009-2010, she served as President of the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association, and she was recognized by the Florida Association for Women Lawyers for her contributions to the organization.
Mary received her B.S. from the University of Alabama in 2000. She earned her J.D. from Tulane University Law School in 2003. She is admitted to practice in Florida; the Middle District of Florida; and the Southern District of Florida.
