Samantha Halem practices law exclusively in the areas of management-side employment law and employment litigation. She received her A.B. from Stanford University and earned her JD from Harvard Law School. After working as an associate in the labor and employment departments of two large firms, Ms. Halem co-founded the law firm that is Marshall Halem, LLC. She is a member of the Massachusetts, New Hampshire and California bars.
Ms. Halem counsels clients in all aspects of employment law, including issues such as discipline, investigations, leaves of absence and accommodations on a daily basis. She drafts handbooks, policies, employment contracts, and separation agreements, among other employment documents.
