About CRESA Los Angeles

Cresa Los Angeles is one of the largest offices of Cresa LLC (aka Cresa Global), the nation’s largest corporate real estate firm specializing in tenant representation and corporate services.  Cresa is not a typical real estate firm as they don’t represent property owners, landlords, investors or developers.  Due to this “conflict free” level if specialization, Cresa can be more objective and provide better expertise to the users of space.

Cresa provides advisory and strategic services to executives and business owners to help them plan for and execute real estate transactions.  Included in the services Cresa provides are project management, capital markets, lease administration, site-selection, incentive studies and logistics.

Cresa has over 50 offices in North America with close to 800 professionals. Cresa LA has been selected as one of the “Best Places to Work” by the Los Angeles Business Journal for five consecutive years. For further information about CRESA Los Angeles, please visit www.cresa.com/losangeles
