Jason Jocson is the HR Advisor with BBSI for the Western Washington Region. Jason has a BA in Communication Studies and Psychology, and an MA in Organizational Communication. Jason has been an HR practitioner for 11 years. Jason has advised business owners, leaders, and employees in startups to large global companies. Jason is well versed in various disciplines in human resources such as employment law compliance, organization development, talent acquisition, employee engagement & retention, talent development, total rewards, coaching, and more. Jason’s passion for human resources is helping employees, at all levels, to understand his or her potential and work together to achieve their goal.
