Dee is an investor relations and corporate communications executive with broad corporate experience in finance and communications, including 18 years in investor relations for small- and mid-cap industrial and technology companies. After earning her Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Dee joined Cummins, a manufacturer of diesel engines, power generation systems, and filtration and air-handling equipment. She spent nearly two decades there, the last two years as Director of Investor Relations. Dee held the same role at Belden, a signal transmission solutions provider, from 2001 to 2007, later adding oversight of corporate communications to her responsibilities. Her most recent corporate position was Vice President, Investor Relations with Rubicon Technology, a manufacturer of industrial sapphire in the northwest Chicago suburbs. She launched Supporting Strategies | Chicago Northwest Suburbs in 2018. Dee also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Pennsylvania (cum laude).

For over 15 years and counting, Yvonne has skillfully applied data and systems analysis to identify key process improvements for businesses across industries. She has an innate ability to find root causes of problems, create innovative solutions and communicate knowledge to staff and senior leadership. Yvonne excelled during her nine-year tenure at Moss Inc., advancing from temporary employee to Accounting Manager to Director of Accounting. She demonstrated expertise in all aspects of accounting functions and general finance management. Earlier in her career, she served as Finance/Human Resource Director for Illinois Park and Recreation Association, working closely with the CEO on finance and accounting issues as well as employee retention and training. Yvonne holds a Master of Business Administration from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
