Jim, who launched Supporting Strategies | Orlando in 2014, enjoys the challenges of helping businesses optimize their back-office operations to increase efficiencies and profit margins. His prior experience includes terms as a Head Business Consultant for a finance-focused consulting firm and Founder/President/CEO of a residential lending company that generated over $1 billion in loan volume.

A proud military veteran, Jim is heavily involved in the veteran business community. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of the Florida Association of Veteran-Owned Businesses, a 501(c)(6) nonprofit chamber of commerce, and has been a panel judge on several occasions for a University of Central Florida program that assists veteran business entrepreneurs with launching businesses.

Jim studied Business and Business Management at the University of Maryland while serving active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps. He is a five-time "People's Choice Award" honoree and was named "Entrepreneur of the Year" by the Lansing Business Journal.
