The two words together represent skills that help us to shift our thinking to a more efficient way of dealing with sudden, unexpected change.
It means that we need to have the ability to quickly and effectively recover from this challenging situation that has been placed upon us (Reliance).
Remaining calm and productive during these changing times, seek information, act on opportunities.
Collecting the data as quickly as you are able (Agility).
The challenge arises because we are not able to mitigate the risk, as these are uncharted waters.
