Attorney Tim Kenneally has work for Foley & Foley PC since March, 2008. Prior thereto, Attorney Kenneally worked for Healy and Healy, PC for fifteen (15) years. Attorney Kenneally’s practice involves the representation of clients in matters involving employment and labor law, insurance, contracts and litigation. Attorney Kenneally has successfully resolved hundreds of cases in the state and federal courts, at the MCAD, at the EEOC and before other administrative agencies.
Attorney Kenneally graduated from Suffolk University Law School with a Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 1993. He is a 1990 graduate of the College of the Holy Cross. Attorney Kenneally was admitted to (1) the Massachusetts Bar in 1993, (2) the United States District Court in 1995, (3) the United States Supreme Court in 2002; and (4) the Pennsylvania Bar in 2016. Attorney Kenneally is a Past President of the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce in Mansfield, MA (2014-2016) and is currently a member of its Board of Directors; he was Vice President of the Rotary Club of Foxborough in 2016, and is a former Member of the Economic Development Committee and of the Advisory Committee for the Town of Foxborough, Massachusetts.
