Ashley is a financial management and accounting professional with broad expertise acquired through 15 years of intensive work experience. A charismatic leader and practitioner, she excels at managing diverse teams, strategic and operational effectiveness, and leading audit, compliance, and regulatory filings.
As Vice President for two rehabilitation facilities, Ashley supervised all financial activities, including preparation of certified financial reports, audits, governmental reporting, and finance procedures. She also supervised staff, facilitated a new purchasing program, guided implementation of a new payroll system and led a major change of banking institutions.
Ashley managed regulatory compliance and external financial audit teams as Supervisor for a financial advisory firm that collaborated with several major banking institutions. There, she monitored funds to ensure SEC compliance, prepared state apportionment of mutual and collective fund trusts, managed control/reconciliation packages (including ASC 820 levels) and provided financial standing analyses to senior management.
