Craig is a veteran CFO and entrepreneur who has spent most of his career working in small business. His experience spans multigenerational, family-owned businesses and private equity-owned businesses across manufacturing, retail and services. He founded Supporting Strategies | Greater Cincinnati Ohio in 2020.
Most recently, Craig served as CFO for a $12M wastewater treatment and hazardous waste management company, where he was responsible for daily and long-term financial management. His accomplishments included saving over $250,000 a year in unnecessary sales tax and reclassifying the transportation fleet to a capital lease to generate an additional $600,000 a year in EBITDA.
Craig's previous roles include General Manager for a specialty chemical manufacturer, Vice President and CFO for a manufacturing firm (whose sale he negotiated) and Corporate Controller for a manufacturer of industrial containers. In addition, as Owner/President for a major retail franchise, he oversaw growth from two store locations and sales of $1M to 19 store locations and sales of $6M+ just six years later. He also earned a Fast 55 award from the Cincinnati Business Courier and National Franchise of the Year recognition by the franchisor.
Craig earned a Juris Doctorate from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, a Master of Business Administration from Miami University and a Bachelor of Science (International and Corporate Finance) from Ball State University. He is the Founder and Executive Director of No Limits Spinal Cord Recovery Foundation.
