An innovative business partner and finance leader, Eduardo Ramirez brings over 25 years of experience across manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and electronics. He has a proven track record of success in directing major financial and operational projects, spearheading startup and turnaround efforts and leading international businesses. He is known for driving improvements in business and financial performance by streamlining operations, standardizing best practices, optimizing product lines and directing ERP implementations.
Prior to founding Supporting Strategies | Northwest Houston, Eduardo served as Division Controller for Illinois Tool Works, a diversified industrial manufacturer of value-added consumables. In this role, he directed all financial aspects of the operation and led major strategic projects that advanced business growth while simplifying the operation to increase profits.
Eduardo holds a Master in Finance from Technological Institute of Monterrey and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from National Polytechnic Institute. In addition, he earned his Master in International Business from Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico and Chicago Northwestern University.
Eduardo is a member of the Association for Latino Professionals for America and proficient in English and Spanish. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, running and biking with his wife. Both have served as avid volunteers at Interfaith of the Woodlands, a nonprofit social service organization.
