A licensed Certified Public Accountant with a 30-year track record, Jeff has earned a reputation for improving productivity and navigating companies through periods of high growth and change. His financial and accounting experience spans high tech, software, post-secondary education, R&D, manufacturing, government contracts and nonprofits.
As Vice President, Finance, for video-management software provider Videology, Jeff hired and developed the accounting/finance team during a period of rapid growth and expansion. He was responsible for making the financial operations IPO/SEC-ready and for working with the CFOs to raise $68 million Series D, a $60 million ABL credit line and mezzanine debt.
Earlier in his career, Jeff was Executive Director at Laureate Education, an international network of post-secondary education institutions. He also has experience as a Corporate Controller and CFO Consultant.
Jeff, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Baltimore, is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Maryland and a member of the American Institute of CPAs. Active in the local business community, he is Treasurer of Financial Executive International's Baltimore chapter and serves on the Board of Directors for the Family Crisis Center of Baltimore County, Inc. He founded Supporting Strategies | Chesapeake Region, MD in 2018.
