Jen Ellermeyer, BA

Jen is an accomplished business executive with over 25 years of experience developing financial control systems and processes for businesses and not-for-profit organizations. She brings expertise in standard back-office operations along with a particular interest in improving financial accuracy and developing foundational systems that accommodate business growth.

Since 2016 Jen has been the Owner and Managing Director of our Reno-Tahoe office, which provides bookkeeping and operational support services to clients in California and Nevada. In addition to assembling and leading a team of experienced accounting professionals, her responsibilities include business management, business development, overseeing client services delivery, and employee hiring and retention.

For over 10 years, Jen was an independent bookkeeping consultant who created, managed and expanded business systems for organizations across multiple industries. She has also served as Accounting Technician for town government, held the role of Office Manager for a variety of small to medium-sized businesses, and volunteered and supported many local and national nonprofit organizations.

Jen earned a dual Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Chico. She is a Certified QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor and highly skilled at implementing modern accounting technologies to promote the success of growing businesses.
