An award-winning business development and management consulting executive, John brings over three decades of experience across a broad range of industries.
After spending six years as Sales Manager with T.H.E. Printers, John cofounded the $14 million printing firm Bay State Press in 1988. He sold the company in 1998 and then founded Gleason Consulting, which helps small business owners improve their internal systems and establish short- and long-term goals. From 2000 to 2011, he also served as Vice President and then Senior Vice President with the national investment banking intermediary Gottesman Company, headquartered in Manhattan.
Outside of work, John enjoys travel, reading, motorcycling and fitness training. He holds a Management Accounting Certificate from Cornell University, studied Economics at UMass Boston and took graphic arts business courses at Northeastern University.
