Supporting Strategies Certified an Age Friendly Employer (CAFE) by the Age-Friendly Institute

Beverly, MA – Supporting Strategies is delighted to be recognized by the Age-Friendly Institute’s Certified Age Friendly Employer (CAFE) Program. The Institute’s nationally recognized initiative is the leading certification program that recognizes employers committed to being the best places to work for employees age 50+. This designation is awarded following successful completion of the certification evaluation by Institute staff. There are currently around 100 Certified Age-Friendly Employers in the U.S.

The certification process includes a combination of research and evaluation of employer recruitment and employment practices and human resources policies. It includes a thorough review of practices in workforce management, candidate sourcing, employee relations, employee retention, training and development, work schedules, time off policies and more.
