John B. Weber is the Managing Director and Founder of Sage Intermediaries which helps company founders transition to retirement through the sale of their businesses. John has been an M&A Advisor for 5 years and before that he was a commercial lender. During the sale process, John assists in analyzing financial information and estimating value, identifying interested buyers, and represents the seller through the sale negotiations. John has experience in a wide array of industries and is involved in several industry associations his vast experience and financial knowledge help smooth the negotiation process. He lives and works in Aurora, Illinois.
