Leading Network Engagement, Nicholas provides our Managing Directors with training and support in team management and development, onboarding, and retention best practices. He provides guidance on building cohesive teams within a positive and inclusive office culture. Nicholas prides himself on a keen understanding of partner needs and stays atop industry trends, challenges, and opportunities that impact our people and business.

Nicholas holds a BA in Illustration Design from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.

Frequently serving as facilitator and presenter, Nicholas is a charismatic, ingenious host leading many Supporting Strategies events and our amazing video newsletter.
